• Formulation of sales strategies and deployment tools/tactics to maximize package paid by advertisers, check and maximize advertiser opportunities...
• Review, setting & evaluation of appropriate pricing models
• Review of packaging guidelines & valuations to ensure salability and competitiveness
• Ensures weekly sales deployment of new programs is managed and updates cascaded by providing research insights to Sales Heads/ AEs and to the Trade.
• Target Segment Understanding
• Develop digital sales package templates based on target segments
• Data and Advertiser Analysis
• Analysis of client/advertiser's sales performance for the formulation of relevant sales strategies
• Analysis and comparison of projected sales versus actual sales
• Advertiser analysis/industry trending
• Load monitoring and analysis per program
• Pricing
• Recommends pricing model and valuation of media products. Leads preparation of negotiation primers and acts as co-lead in the annual negotiation process with key advertisers
• Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
• Process & systems
• Recommends and administers policies and procedures to enhance operations
• Macro Analysis
• Media Landscape
• Company and competitor analysis
• Business & economic trends
• Other Sales Support Functions
• Development of sales projection tools and processes to help sales team track and manage their respective businesses
• Problem solving: draw out support of Sales, Marketing and client to support difficult project/pitches
REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of work experience in data analysis, Digital Advertising Sales / Marketing
• Problem solving skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking skills, good communication skills
• Proficient in spreadsheets, forecasting
